A light at the end of the tunnel.

In the context where Africa as a continent is looking for development and infrastructure, many opportunities are presented every day.

African countries often, if not always, encounter financing problems when it comes to agro-industrial development. There are many public figures who make statements and express their desire for African countries to remain underdeveloped, a country that provides raw materials for other countries to transform.

All this is not a fatality because from many other perspectives, the BRICS+ countries are one of the exit doors for African countries.

Will the continent seize the opportunities proposed by the BRICS+ countries? An axis that is developing very well is Russia-AES.

Cooperating with the BRICS+ countries is an opportunity that the AES countries must seize to escape from the French colonial yoke, which is playing every maneuver to keep the former colonies in a state of poverty and thus the system of exploitation will remain.

What can Russia bring in terms of development in its partnership with AES, while detractors say that it is "replacing one master with another"?

 - Russia is a country that is as rich in raw materials as the AES countries. This is where this partnership can be beneficial for African countries, when they fix the price of raw materials with Russia and develop the transformation industry, thus adding value to their products.

- The West, in its dual concern to counter Russia and prevent developing African countries, uses all possible means to destroy the relations that the global South countries have with them, while also preventing them from doing business. This is not to mention leaders like Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping, Lula, Ibrahim Traore, etc...

Ibrahim Traore in Moscow

At just 36 years old, Ibrahim Traoré has become a key figure in contemporary Africa. Having come to power through a coup d'état , this young Burkinabe captain openly defies France, ECOWAS , and all forms of neocolonial domination. Today in the world, it is really difficult not to hear about Ibrahim Traore , the president of Burkina Faso . It is not the first time that I.B, as the Burkinabe population calls him, has made a sensation in the media.  In 2023, at a summit organized by Russia that IB participated in, he made a speech that many observers qualified as brilliant, historic and according to some others disrespectful, but I say it is a reminder of order. In his speech at the 2nd Russia-Africa Summit , Ibrahim Traoré highlighted the profound changes underway in his country and in Africa. He emphasized the need to seize opportunities arising from political, economic, and social developments to create a better future.    He highlighted the growing autonomy...

from BRIC to BRICS+

It was 4 countries to start with (bric) Brazil , Russia ,  India and China .... The term bric was coined by a Goldman Sachs investment bank economist named Jim O'Neill who first used it in a meeting he had with the group in 2001. Then they added South Africa as a country with rapid economic growth. This term first appeared in a note by Jim O'Neill, an economist at the investment bank Goldman Sachs, and was taken up again in a report published by two economists from the same bank.   The BRICS + is now a group of ten countries—Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Iran, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia , and Ethiopia—aiming to rival the Group of Seven .  The BRICs are high-growth countries whose weight in the global economy is increasing at the beginning of the 21st century.  The BRICS countries use their national currencies to trade among themselves to reduce the influence of the dollar in world trade so that the United States cannot use th...
